Behavior is communication. Understanding what is underneath it can change how we respond.
The heart of the approach
How I can help

Five pillars of support, built around you.

Big feelings can be difficult to understand. You can learn to manage them, one practical skill at a time.

01

Emotional & behavioral skill building

Emotional awareness, coping skills, frustration tolerance, self-regulation, and confidence for every age.

02

Neurodiversity-informed support

Respectful, individualized support for ADHD, autism, developmental differences, and learning-related emotional challenges.

03

Parent education & coaching

Understand behavior, set calm and consistent boundaries, and respond with confidence and compassion.

04

Trauma-informed emotional wellness

Education and support grounded in safety, choice, and pacing, because healing and growth do not have to happen all at once.

05

Speaking, workshops & community education

Parent workshops, educator trainings, and emotional wellness talks for schools and community groups.

Common questions

Good questions, honest answers.

Who do you work with?

Children, adolescents, adults, and parents, plus schools and community groups interested in workshops. Availability depends on the service and on what I am currently authorized to offer, so please ask during your inquiry.

Is this therapy, coaching, or education?

It depends on the service. Clinical counseling services are offered only within my licensure and supervision requirements. Parent coaching, workshops, speaking, and downloadable resources are educational. Each page and inquiry will make clear which is which.

Do you offer in-person sessions or telehealth?

Service format, fees, and insurance information are confirmed when we connect. Send an inquiry and I will let you know exactly what is available.

Can my teenager reach out on their own?

For minors, parent or guardian involvement and consent are required. Confidentiality and its limits are explained clearly to both teens and parents.

Is the website contact form confidential?

Please treat it like ordinary email: share only your name, contact details, and the type of support you are looking for. Do not include sensitive clinical details. Secure channels are used for clinical communication.

You don’t have to figure everything out alone.

Reach out to ask a question, learn about next steps, or inquire about a workshop. There’s no pressure and no obligation.
